| PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS |

| Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and reduce by boiling until the consistency is about that of a light syrup. Remove from heat, cool a bit and drizzle over your barbequed, poached, or baked salmon. It’s really a simple, delicious addition to you salmon or steelhead. It keeps for several weeks in the fridge and works great on steak as well. Preparation time is about 2 minutes and boiling time is about 5-10 depending on how thick you want it. | ||
