Sour Cream Steelhead

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS       Serve 8 as a main dish

 

2-3 lb. of salmon or steelhead that has been skinned and cut into small pieces.

 

1 pint of sour cream

 

1 packet of dry Italian salad dressing (Birt uses Good Seasons)

 

Minced garlic, onion, salt/pepper to taste

 

4 cups of Italian seasoned bread crumbs

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs in a bowl.

 

Coat fish chunks with mixture then roll the chunks in breadcrumb mixture.

 

Place each piece of fish in a foil lined baking dish and then place dish into 350 degree-preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

 

Don't forget to take it out and serve it.
